In theory, angled parking can increase parking and slow traffic.
Unfortunately, because there isn't enough room for angled parking on both sides, angled parking wouldn't produce more parking on 29th.
Remove one or more parking spots near Mitchell's and extend the sidewalk.
Perhaps we can entice ice cream eaters out of their cars and reduce double parking by providing somewhere to sit and enjoy the ice cream.
