Create a 13-foot sidewalk

An 8-foot median allows 13-foot sidewalks near shopping.

(The drawing accidently marks the sidewalks as 9-foot.)

In theory, angled parking can increase parking and slow traffic.

Unfortunately, because there isn't enough room for angled parking on both sides, angled parking wouldn't produce more parking on 29th.
