Traffic Counts

DPT and Caltrans regularly count traffic volume in order to help with planning. The numbers in red are the number of cars in one direction in the course of one day.

• Traffic volume just south of Randall is fully a quarter of the I-280 freeway volume
• About 3/4 of the traffic south of Randall continues along San Jose/Guerrero
• Almost 16,000 cars use our streets each way in a single day.
